GGHH 2016 Conference | Asia Hospitals Working Toward A Climate-Resilient Health Care

Health Care Without Harm-Asia, in cooperation with the Health Promoting Hospitals Network Indonesia (HPH Indonesia), invites everyone to the 3rd Global Green and Healthy Hospitals Asia Regional Conference on August 3 to 5, in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. To be held together with the National Conference of HPH Indonesia, the 2016 GGHH Conference will also gather GGHH members from all over the region. This year’s conference builds on last year’s GGHH Conference held in Seoul, South Korea where participants tackled how the health sector can respond to climate change.

This year's theme "Asia Hospitals Working Towards Climate-Resilient Health Care" will bring experts from Indonesia, China, Nepal, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and the United States.

Topics to be discussed at the conference range from Indonesia's green health programs to GGHH and HPH members’ best practices on solid, water, chemicals and pharmaceutical waste management,as well as discussions on food and transportation.

Interested participants are encouraged to register early. We will be releasing soon information on Visa and other logistical information. For more information about the conference, contact Faye Ferrer at faye@no-harm.org or info@no-harm.org.
